Privacy notice
Last updated 24 October 2026. This notice follows UK GDPR.
What we hold
- Your email address, and when you confirmed you're 18 or over.
- Your club and everything in the game: players, matches, money, messages and forum posts.
- Sign-in sessions, and the network address of sign-in attempts (to stop abuse).
- If you turn on push notifications: your device's push address, and a record of what we sent.
- Your settings, such as quiet hours, text size and contrast.
- Simple usage records: which days you visited, whether you opened the app from your home screen, and how often you search the market.
Why
- To run the game for you (our contract with you).
- To keep the game fair and secure, and to understand how it's used so we can improve it (our legitimate interests).
- To send push notifications, only if you switch them on (your consent, which you can withdraw in Settings at any time).
We don't sell your data, show adverts, or use third-party trackers.
Cookies and storage
We use one essential cookie to keep you signed in. Your device also stores a few small settings, such as whether you've installed the app. There are no advertising or analytics cookies, so there's nothing to accept.
Who helps us
- Vercel hosts the app, and Turso hosts the database.
- Resend sends our emails.
- Apple, Google or Mozilla deliver push notifications to your device.
- Open-Meteo provides weather and town search. We send it a town's location, never anything about you.
How long we keep it
- Your account and club: until you delete your account.
- Usage records: 13 months. Error logs: 90 days.
- Notifications: until you delete your account. A log of each push sent to your devices (time, type and whether it arrived): 30 days.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or delete your account yourself from Settings. Deleting removes your personal data; your club is handed to the computer and your forum posts stay under the club's name only.
If you're unhappy with how we use your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
