Promotion and relegation

The winner of each group below tier 1 goes up. The bottom clubs of the tier above come down to make room. Computer clubs never go up.

Each tier is then reshuffled so clubs of a similar strength play each other. Your squad, stadium, money and fans all carry on into the new season.
